Not really a Magic Trick,But still it helps

To Leave a Prearranged Pack Undisturbed While Seeming to Shuffle It Thoroughly

The pack is held lengthwise in the right hand between the thumb at one end and the second and third fingers at the other, the forefinger bent over the upper side. The left hand, palm upward, is under the pack. The right hand drops a few cards from the top of the pack into the left hand, which places them at the bottom of the pack, where they are held by the right thumb, assisted by the second and third fingers, as shown in illustration, Fig. 22. Again the right hand drops some cards from the top into the left hand. Then the right hand appears to drop more cards in front of those in the left, but merely goes through the motion without dropping any. Then a few are really dropped but behindthose in the left hand, and this is continued, pretending to drop them in front and really dropping them behind until all the cards in the right hand are used with the exception of the first parcel which is dropped in front (the top) of the pack.

Fig. 22

The pack is now in the order it was before the shuffle. To heighten the deception the cards in the left hand should be kept moving backward and forward. When cards are apparentlydropped in front of the cards in the left hand, the left thumb pushes the cards already in the hand toward the fingers, and when cards are really dropped behind those in the left hand the fingers tilt them back toward the thumb. This tilting motion is continued until all the cards in the right hand are disposed of.

Cut And Restored Bill Magic Trick

This is one of the most baffling dollar bill tricks ever! This cool illusion has been performed on a television magic special.

The trick had an amazing effect on the audience and was a real crowd winner.Read the secret of this great illusion, here.

Amazing dollar bill trickTHE EFFECT: The magician displays two bank notes and shows them openly back and front for all the audience to see.

The magician places them back to back, he/she then cuts through the center of both notes with a pair of scissors - the notes are clearly seen to be cut into four halves. No mistaking that!

Without any suspicious moves, the magician instantly open both halves
to show the notes, restored to their original condition, Incredible !!!!

# One of the coolest dollar bill tricks
# You can let a spectator cut the notes!
Amazing magic that is EASY to perform!
# No tricky sleight of hand needed
# Can be viewed from any angle
# Can be performed surrounded by an audience

THE SECRET: This is one of the greatest dollar bill tricks, it's an excellent "cut and restored" illusion that is really effective when performed with real money. You can use play money, fake money, blank cheques or any form of printed paper about the size of regular currency.

So what's the secret ??? If you feel you really want to know, read on:-)
First you need some secret preparation.

Diagram of set up for money note magic trick.
Place two nearly new bills face
down on a table. Apply a thin
layer of rubber cement, about
half an inch wide, down the
centre of the back of each note.

When this is dry, add a second
coat of rubber cement and allow
that to dry also.
(Pic 1) What's rubber cement? Its a type of craft glue that dries to a rubbery finish and can normally be purchased from a hardware store or perhaps on Ebay.

Next, sprinkle a little talcum powder (baby powder) on the cement covered area on each bill. Spread the talcum powder over the entire surface of the cement with your finger or a soft brush.

You will notice that the treated areas of both dollar bills will not stick to each other because of the powdered surface. Put the bills in your wallet/purse or on the table and you are ready to perform this very well thought out close up effect!

THE METHOD: Begin by removing the two prepared notes from your wallet/purse and casually show both sides of the notes. Place them back to back as shown in (Pic 2 & 3).

money trick explanation showing handling of note.

We will call the note nearest you
Note A and the one nearest the spectators Note B Square up both notes. Be sure that the cemented areas are touching each other.

Clever money bill illusion.

Hold both notes with the thumb and finger of your left hand as shown in
(Pic 4). With your right hand holding the scissors, carefully cut through the center
of both notes.

Make sure that you cut within the areas covered by the cement stripes. Done openly and deliberately, there will be no doubt in the audiences mind that both bills have been cut in half - which they have!
( Pic 5).

Place the scissors aside. Grip the halves on the right sides of the cut in your right hand (one half of
Note A and one half of Note B) and the left side's two halves (the other two halves of Note A and Note B) in your left hand.

With the thumb and fingers of both hands, separate the halves of the notes (Pic 6), and shake them open (Pic 7).

Finishing moves for amazing money trick

Because of the rubber cement, the halves in each hand will stick together at the cut edges giving the illusion that the four half notes have melted together to form two complete notes once again!

The reason this is one of the most convincing dollar bill tricks in my mind is because the spectators see and hear the notes being cut, so it is that much more believable when they are 'restored' people freak out with astonishment!!!

Here are a few tips to assist you with this illusion

TIP 1: Done well, this is a real show stopperr! First practice with stage money or with newspaper cut to the size of bank notes. This way you acn experiment as to what is the beat amount of rubber cement and talcum powder to apply. You can then try it with real bills..

TIP 2: The real notes should be new and crisp (maybe from a cash machine) and fit snugly together for pics 3 and 4.

TIP 3: Don't worry about losing money when using real notes, as the halves can be stuck together with clear Scotch tape, just as with any torn notes.

TIP 4: The higher the currency value the bigger the effect becomes
be really brave and use
$ 20 notes! (or equivalent).

TIP 5: As an alternative method you could let an audience member cut the notes just make sure you hold the notes tightly together and get them to cut in the centre (where the rubber cement is!) Practice your hand postion while holding the notes so that it will seem a natural and unforced choice for them to cut over the part of the notes that you want.

This is one of the easiest dollar bill tricks to perform but remember to practice lots and feel confident to perform it in front of a spectator, smoothly. The trick is lots of fun an frequently gets an amazing reaction.

David Blaine's Arm Twist 360 Degrees Revealed

Here is a Free Street Magic Trick for you! On an episode of David Blaine's TV show, David Blane tries to get a spectator to rotate his arm (while copying David) 360 degrees. The spectator cannot rotate his arm like David as David turns it 360 degrees right in front of his eyes. Though this illusion was made famous by David Blaine, it originated with the magician Shinkoh and has been around for quite a while.

The Magic Effect
Asking a spectator to copy your actions, the spectator will attempt to rotate their arm like yours in a 360 degree circle. To their amazement, they can only rotate it a tiny bit while you rotate a full 360 degrees right in front of them.

Preparation For The Illusion
All you need is just a long sleeve shirt pulled all the way down to your hand.

Secret Method Fot This Illusion
The secret to this illusion is to distract the spectator while you set up your hand correctly. Rotate your right hand clockwise until your fingers are pointing towards your body. This probably will be uncomfortable (at least it was for me!), but the more you practice and stretch, the easier it gets. Plus, the effect is well worth it! Twist a bit more while your fingers are touching the surface (the table if you are doing it there, or the ground). And now you hand should be pointing to the left. When in position, you should have now twisted your hand about 270 degrees CLOCKWISE until its facing the left.

The key to doing this is not letting your spectator know that you are twisting your arm like this. A good way to do this is to put your hand down like his pointed to the left, then distract him. You may distract him by saying something like "your doing it wrong, do exactly what I am doing" or "maybe you should move a bit to get a better view" then push him with your free hand and set your arm up while he is distracted.

Now start your rotation, and have him start his, twisting your arm COUNTERCLOCKWISE. His will stop after a short bit, but yours will keep going! All the way around. After you finish, there is added moves and effects you can do to twist even more in front of the spectator. I recommend you purchase Shinkoh's Twisting Arm Illusion that covers all of these methods.

Cigarette Through Coin Magic Trick

David Blaine again used this impressive money trick where he pushed a cigarette through a quarter.

This trick uses a very clever gimmicked coin where the middle of the coin, temporarily opens to let the cigarette through and later closes so that the hole is virtually invisible to the spectator.

This coin is available through good magic suppliers and is a great addition to any magicians collection.

Super Ink Fusion Reaction Trick

Stunning Card Effect Where The Signatures On Two Cards Jump Onto the Same Card

Effect: Two spectators each select and sign a card. One signature is signed on the face of a card and the other signature is placed on the back of the other card. Both cards are then placed face down on the table.

Then the spectator that signed the back of his card, holds it between his hands while the other spectator waves his card over his hands and when he looks, he sees that his signature has vanished from his card and when the other spectator looks at his card which he is holding between his hands, the other spectators signature has appeared on the face of this card. So both signatures appear on one card.??????

Preparation: You will need a deck of cards and a duplicate card from another deck of the same brand.

Performance:: Put the duplicate card on top of the deck, followed by the other card i.e (6-clubs on top of the 6-clubs.)

Have a spectator pick any card and then force ( using your favourite force) another card on him. (For this routine we will say the 6-clubs is the force card.) Replace the cards as follows from the top down: forced, selected, duplicate.

Double lift to show the freely selected card and have him sign the face. Turn both cards face down and place the top card (not the signed card) on the table.

Double lift again to show the duplicate card. Then turn the double lift cards back down and have him sign the back, then place that card on the table.

Then place the card with the signature on the back, into the hands of the spectator that signed it originally.

Then, the other spectator picks up his card signed on the face and waves it over the card the other spectator is holding.

Now when he turns his card over, his signature has vanished from the face of the card.

Then, when the other spectator looks at his card, his signature is still on the back but when he turns it over, the other spectators signature has appeared on the face of his card.

Note:: When you place the card in the spectators hand its a good idea to have him cover the card with his other hand. This stops the face being seen and makes the trick seem more impossible.

Cool Psychic Card Trick

The Magic Effect:

This magic trick with cards is set up as follows. 12 cards are placed face up on the table ( using any red and black cards from the deck ) in the same pattern you see in the diagram below here. You, the magician, tell someone to secretly pick any BLACK card. After telling them to make several secret random moves, you are able to tell them which card they have moved to.

The Magic Secret:

Tell your audience member to pick any black card. Tell them to next move UP or DOWN to the nearest RED card. Next, tell them to move LEFT or RIGHT to the nearest BLACK card. Next, tell them to move DIAGONALLY To the Nearest REDcard. Finally, tell them to move UP or DOWN to the nearest BLACK card. If you follow these directions carefully, your audience member will always end up on the MIDDLE CARD ON THE BOTTOM ROW.

How To Do The Trick :

Hold small stack of cards in palm position in your hand.

A small stack of cards should be held in the palm of the hand in palm position . Choose an amount of cards that you feel comfortable holding. It is not necessary to hold a lot of cards ( try and work out how many you plan to produce and count them out before the trick )

Grip end of pack with fingers and pull off top card with thumb.

Grip the edge of the pack with your fingers and use your thumb to peel of the top card.

Push up card with thumb and hold with thumb and for finger.

Continue using your thumb to move the card up to the audiences view, held beween the thumb and fore finger.

Move card forward as if reaching out to grab something from the air.

At the same time as you are pivoting up the card, the hand should be lunged forward slightly as if the card has been grabbed from thin air

Continue to produce cards from the air.

Continue to produce cards from the air in this manner, throwing down each card to the audience before producing the next card as if by magic. Practice this trick in front of a mirror to see it from an audience eye view and get to get the best angle for the trick to be performed.
